It comes locked to Blu network and can not be used with any another network than default. 1. Change the default SIM with another network provider SIM.

2. Plug the device to PC using LAN cable through the LAN port.

3. Browse default IP address of Blu E5172Cs-930 through internet explorer.

4. Login to router admin panel (Username : admin / Password : admin).

5. Click on the INTERNET tab displayed next to HOME.

6. Under PIN MANAGEMENT, the SIM LOCK window is available, where you will put the unlock code. It would be automatically displayed.

7. Click OK.
