At the C Panel. click on the account details
Copy the namservers with their respective IPs (there are 2 namesavers, copy both)
It's something like this ns01.000webhost.com and its IP address 1xx.xxx.xx.xx
Now go to the Freenom site, where you got your domain name and click on Domains, you website details and Management Tools are on the right.
Now click on Management Tools and choose nameservers.
Choose use custom name server and type in the name servers you copied.
