We are Fast Unlock, based in Accra, Ghana. At Fast Unlock, we provide information about routers, modems, wingles, computers, etc and another new technology from around the world.
About Refund
We run unlocking services and provide the unlock code of Huawei, Alcatel, etc. Before making payment, make sure that the device is asking for the unlock code / SIMLock code / NCK code as mentioned in the individual post. It may be locked by your network provider and the mentioned procedure may not work for you. Before making payment think twice and check out the procedure, if everything works as mentioned in the post then only pay. No (R) no refund will be provided for any mistakes.
For refund, only those people are authorized:
- Regular customers
- Code provided does not work.
Refund will take time, if by any means provided codes do not work for you, then don’t fight for an immediate refund, it will take time and will be refunded.
If you have paid through Mobile Money and want a refund, for every transaction 1% fee will be reduced and 50 pesewas if the amount is lesser than GHC 50.00. Suppose, you have paid GHC 30, during the refund, you will receive only GHC 29.5; Rest is taken by the operator and we will be not able to refund this amount since the operator takes taxes in refunding the money.
Only pay if you are agree with above terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the above conditions, we will not be able to provide you our services.
